One address reaches everyone who works on FFSurvivor. We read every message.
Put the subject of your message in the subject line so it lands with the right person. We aim to reply within a few days, and sooner during the season.
What to write in about
- A number that looks wrong
- The most useful message we get. Tell us the game, the week, and the probability you saw, and we will trace it back through the sources that produced it. Every resolved number carries its provenance, so this is usually quick.
- Support with your account or pools
- Sign-in trouble, a pool that will not save, a simulation that failed and will not rerun. Include the page you were on and roughly when it happened.
- Privacy requests
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
- Press, research, and partnerships
- Requests to reproduce a figure from the blog and enquiries from sportsbooks or contest operators come to the same address.
- Corrections to the blog
- If a post states a fact that is out of date or wrong, tell us which one. Corrections are made in the article, not buried in a footnote.
What we cannot help with
We do not run pools, hold entries, or settle disputes. A question about your pool's rules, its entry fee, or a tiebreak goes to whoever runs it. We are not a sportsbook and cannot place, change, or refund a wager. And we will not tell you what to pick beyond what the tool already shows you. The recommendation on the pool page is the whole answer.

Survivor pools are a form of gambling, and this site exists to make them more interesting, not to make them safer. If betting has stopped being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline in the United States is free, confidential, and available around the clock at 1-800-GAMBLER.
